1. All-dimensional safety protection system
Triple anti-collision design: The table corner adopts a composite structure of "silicone buffer layer + ABS edging + rounded corner polishing", which can absorb 90% of the impact of collision and pass the GB 28007-2011 children's furniture safety test.
Anti-dumping weight base: The table legs are built with 3kg weight steel plates, which meet the EN 1729 stability standard.
No sharp corners: All joints are connected with hidden buckles, and the metal parts are completely wrapped in plastic or wood to completely eliminate the risk of pinching.
2. Environmentally friendly materials and durability
Food-grade contact surface: HDPE tabletop is SGS certified and can be directly placed on toys or tableware; birch composite board is covered with 2H hardness PET film, which can withstand marker anti-graffiti.
Anti-aging technology: HDPE material adds UV stabilizer, withstands temperature difference of -20℃~70℃ and 5000 hours of ultraviolet radiation, and does not fade or deform when used outdoors.

The antibacterial surface can withstand hypochlorous acid disinfection, the building blocks and whiteboard can distract children from anxiety, and the modular design is easy to clean and maintain quickly.
2. Community public reading corner
Multiple tables are spliced together to form a circular interactive area, drawers are used to store picture books and puzzles, and the HDPE material can withstand outdoor sun and rain, suitable for parks or libraries.
1. Daily cleaning specifications
Desktop disinfection: Wipe with 75% alcohol wipes daily, use HDPE special cleaner for stubborn stains, and do not use steel wool.
2. Structural inspection
Quarterly stability test: Check the anti-dumping response time, and adjust the counterweight if the error exceeds the standard.
Screw tightening: Check the table leg connection points with a torque wrench every month to prevent loosening.
3. Seasonal protection
Moisture-proof in the rainy season: Place silica gel desiccant in the table leg gasket and spray anti-rust wax on the metal joints.
High temperature exposure protection: When used outdoors, cover the UV protection cover every 2 hours to prevent the HDPE material from softening.
4. Long-term storage recommendations
Disassembly and packaging: After disassembly, the desktop board is stored vertically, with a stack of ≤5 sheets; metal parts are coated with anti-rust oil and covered with PE film.
