Kindergarten Desk and Chair is a teaching furniture designed for preschool children aged 3-6. It adopts ergonomic size and safety structure to support children's learning, painting, manual activities and other scenes. With 37 years of experience in office and teaching furniture manufacturing (started in 1986), AOYASI has passed ISO9001/ISO14001 certification and strictly controls product quality. The KF-0702 model table and chair combination includes a 1100mm long table and a matching low chair. The tabletop is made of environmentally friendly MDF board, and the chair frame is a durable steel pipe structure. It takes into account safety, functionality and space utilization. Designed with child safety as the priority
Fully rounded edges + anti-collision technology: The edges and corners of tables and chairs are polished and rounded to prevent children from bumping and getting hurt.
Stable steel frame structure: The KF-0702 chair frame uses thickened steel pipes (thickness ≥1.2mm), with a load-bearing capacity of over 150kg, and a non-slip foot pad design on the base to prevent tipping.
Environmentally friendly materials and health protection
The tabletop uses E1-grade MDF board, with formaldehyde emission ≤0.1mg/L (better than the international EN717 standard); the seat and backrest are AA-grade birch plywood with no irritating odor.
Water-based environmentally friendly paint spraying, passed SGS heavy metal testing, safe contact with children's skin.
Scientific ergonomic adaptation
Customized size according to child height: tabletop height 430mm, chair height 230mm, in line with ASTM F1918 children's furniture standards, to help maintain a correct sitting posture.
The chair back is designed with a 15° micro-inclination angle to fit the spine curve and reduce fatigue from sitting for a long time.
Easy to clean and durable
The tabletop is covered with melamine anti-fouling film, which is scratch-resistant and water-resistant, and can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
The steel pipe is treated with phosphating + electrostatic spraying process, which is rust-proof and wear-resistant, with a service life of up to 8-10 years.

Daily cleaning specifications
Use neutral detergent + soft cloth to wipe the desktop, and prohibit the use of steel wool or acidic solvents to prevent the coating from falling off.
The steel pipe bracket is dusted with a dry cloth every month, and car wax can be applied to prevent rust in humid areas.
Environment and usage taboos
Avoid direct sunlight or close to radiators to prevent deformation of MDF boards (tolerance temperature -10℃~50℃).
Children are prohibited from standing and shaking the chair. The maximum load of a single chair is 80kg. Overloading may damage the connectors.
Main points for regular maintenance
Check the tightness of the screws every semester (spare screw packages are provided), and use an Allen wrench to reinforce them when loose.
If cracks are found at the weld of the steel pipe or peeling of the plywood, contact the supplier to replace the parts (AOYASI provides a 5-year warranty).
Tips for extending life
Paste anti-collision silicone sleeves on the corners of the table (can be removed as the child grows older) to protect the integrity of the edges.
It is recommended to use PE moisture-proof pads in the winter floor heating environment to prevent the wood from drying out due to heat.
