Kindergarten Desk and Chair is an early childhood furniture set designed for children aged 3-6. The product adopts a 700×500mm enlarged desktop and a 360-450mm adjustable chair height design. The combination of MDF environmentally friendly desktop + PP injection molded chair surface material meets the diverse needs of children's graffiti, handicrafts, group activities, etc. The edge of the desktop adopts food-grade rounded corners (R angle ≥ 10mm), and the chair legs are equipped with anti-dumping reinforcement structure, which complies with the EU EN71-3 toy safety standard and the ASTM F963 American children's product specification, creating a safe and durable learning hardware solution for kindergarten scenes.

Single Study Desk Care and Maintenance
1. Daily cleaning specifications
Desktop: Use 75% alcohol wipes to wipe and disinfect (84 disinfectant is prohibited), and use wood care agent to maintain the anti-scratch layer of the PET film every week.
Chair surface: PP material can be cleaned with neutral detergent + soft brush to clean the air vents, and stubborn stains can be soaked in 40℃ warm water for 10 minutes and then wiped off.
2. Structural safety inspection
Check the locking degree of the table and chair adjustment knobs every month to ensure that there is no looseness (torque value must be maintained at 1.5-2N·m).
Test the wear of the anti-slip pads of the chair legs every semester, and replace them when the thickness is less than 3mm.
3. Environmental adaptability maintenance
High temperature environment (＞35℃): Avoid direct sunlight on the PP chair surface to prevent deformation. It is recommended to use blackout curtains.
High humidity environment (＞70%RH): Spray anti-rust spray on the steel frame joints every month (WD-40 Specialist long-term anti-rust agent is recommended).
4. Accessories update and upgrade
The magnetic desktop patch should be replaced every 2 years (magnetic attenuation <30%), and the original accessories (ST-0709C-MAG) must be used.
You can purchase a chair back cover (cotton/waterproof PVC material) to reduce scratches and extend the life of the PP seat.
5. Inspection after cross-border transportation
After unpacking, first check whether the steel pipe paint is worn, and use a touch-up pen (the color number is the same as the steel frame) to repair scratches.
Test the smoothness of the adjustment mechanism. If the transportation vibration causes jamming, you can inject silicone grease lubricant to restore performance.
