The Single Student Desk is a single-person study desk designed for primary and secondary school students. It is suitable for home study rooms, school classrooms and training institutions. A 130mm high metal drawer is integrated under the desk to store stationery in categories. Anti-slip footrest design: The bottom of the chair leg is embedded with a TPU silent pad, which increases the grip by 2 times and the moving noise is ≤30dB.
2. Highly durable materials and craftsmanship
Military-grade metal frame: The oval steel pipe is phosphated and epoxy resin sprayed, with a salt spray test of ≥800 hours, a compressive strength of 150MPa, and a service life of more than 10 years.
Waterproof and anti-fouling desktop: The surface of the MDF board is covered with PP edge banding, which can withstand watercolor and coffee splashes, and can be wiped clean with a wet cloth; the scratch resistance level reaches 2H, which can withstand long-term use of stationery.
Environmental safety: PP edge banding and blow-molded plastics are SGS certified, formaldehyde emission ≤0.03mg/m³, in line with China GB/T 35607-2017 standard.

Single Student Desk Care and Maintenance
1. Daily cleaning specifications
Desktop care: Wipe with a microfiber cloth dipped in a neutral detergent, alcohol or chlorinated solvents are prohibited; oily pen stains are removed with PP special cleaning paste.
Metal frame: Dust with a dry cloth every week, and apply automotive-grade metal protective wax every month in the rainy season to prevent coating oxidation.
2. Functional maintenance
Lifting system lubrication: Add a drop of silicone-based lubricant every semester to keep the adjustment smooth.
Drawer slide rail maintenance: Remove the dust on the slide rail every six months and inject silicone grease lubricant.
3. Safety monitoring
Screw tightening inspection: Check the connection points with a torque wrench (preset 2N·m) every month to prevent loosening.
4. Long-term storage recommendations
Disassembly and packaging: After disassembly, the desktop board should be placed flat in a dry place, with a stack of ≤5 sheets; metal parts should be coated with anti-rust oil and covered with PE film.
Environmental requirements: Storage temperature -10℃~50℃, humidity ≤65%, away from corrosive gases.
