Single Classroom Desk adopts a modular monomer structure. The main body consists of a 600×450mm MDF desktop and a 1.2mm thick elliptical steel tube frame, with a PP injection-molded chair surface. 610-760mm infinite lift: Single Classroom Desk adopts a spiral mechanical lifting mechanism, which adjusts the height by 5mm every 15° rotation, suitable for the height of students aged 6-18.
Chair-table linkage design: The matching chair supports 380-460mm adjustment of the seat height, and the backrest is fixed at 10°, ensuring the natural bending of the lumbar spine when sitting, reducing fatigue.
2. MDF desktop + PP edging, safe and durable
18mm thick MDF board: The surface of Single Classroom Desk is covered with 0.3mm melamine wear-resistant layer, passed EN 14372 children's furniture safety certification, and the scratch resistance level reaches 3H.
PP anti-collision edging: The edge fillet radius is 8mm, passed the GB 28007-2011 corner test, and the impact strength reaches 30J to prevent students from accidental bumps.
3. Ergonomic chair design
PP injection molding chair: Single Classroom Desk adopts hollow grid structure, with a density of 25 holes/㎡, and with the bottom reinforcement design, it can bear a load of 120kg.
Anti-slip foot pads: The chair legs are equipped with TPR sound-absorbing foot pads, with a friction coefficient of 0.7 and moving noise <40 decibels.
4. Double elliptical steel tube frame, military-grade stability
Desk frame: Single Classroom Desk main support tube 45×30×1.2mm elliptical steel tube, auxiliary tube 38×21×1.2mm, key nodes laser welding, lateral pressure resistance up to 400kg/m².
Anti-rust process: The steel tube is phosphated + epoxy resin powder sprayed, Single Classroom Desk passed ISO 9227 salt spray test for 480 hours without rust, and is suitable for humid climate environment.

9 steel frame colors are provided: brown, purple, light blue, dark blue, silver, green, white, yellow, and red, which support schools to identify by grade, class, or subject. Single Classroom Desk Care and Maintenance
1. MDF desktop cleaning
Use a microfiber cloth to wipe dry daily, and use a neutral detergent wet cloth to wipe weekly. Do not use acidic solvents to avoid corrosion of the wear-resistant layer.
If it is stained with oily handwriting, use 75% medical alcohol to wipe it locally and wipe it dry immediately within 30 seconds.
2. Anti-rust treatment of steel frame
Remove dust with a dry cloth every month, spray anti-rust wax every quarter in humid areas, and focus on protecting welding joints.
If the paint surface is scratched, use a touch-up paint pen of the same color to repair it (, and let it stand for 24 hours to cure after repair.
3. Adjustment mechanism maintenance
Drip lithium-based grease on the spiral lifting rod every semester, rotate clockwise for 3 turns and then return half a turn counterclockwise to prevent the thread from getting stuck.
Overload adjustment is prohibited, and it is recommended to fine-tune in batches to extend the life of the mechanism.
4. PP chair surface maintenance
Clean the dust accumulated in the air vents with a soft brush every week, and scrub stubborn stains with oxygen bleach diluted and scrubbed. Do not use hard objects to scratch.
Avoid heavy pressure on the chair surface in winter when the temperature is low to prevent brittle fracture of PP material.
