1. Dynamic height adjustment, covering all stages of learning
The desk height supports 600-760mm infinite adjustment, suitable for the height changes of 5-year-old children to adult students. The adjustment mechanism adopts a mechanical gear lock system, which can be raised and lowered with only one hand operation, with an adjustment accuracy of ±2mm, ensuring that the spine is naturally vertical when sitting and reducing the risk of hunchback.
2. Fireproof board desktop + ABS edge sealing, safety upgrade
Desktop material: 16mm thick fireproof board, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and can resist chemical experimental liquid splashing.
Edge protection: ABS injection molding edge sealing wraps the four corners of the desktop, with a thickness of 3mm, passing the ISO 8124-3 drop test to prevent students from collision and injury.
3. Metal book drawer and anti-slip seat design
Metal book drawer: capacity 8L, stamped with 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate, load-bearing up to 15kg. The guide rail is equipped with silicone silencer strips, and the push and pull noise is less than 30 decibels.
Seat material: Blow molding process. The surface of the seat is added with anti-slip granular texture, with a friction coefficient of 0.6. With the design of air holes, it is not stuffy when sitting for a long time.

1. Fireproof board desktop maintenance
Use a slightly damp fiber cloth for daily cleaning. Stubborn stains can be treated locally with 75% alcohol. Solvents such as acetone are prohibited.
Apply a special curing agent for fireproof boards every six months to prevent aging of the surface coating.
2. Maintenance of metal parts
The steel frame should be dusted with a dry cloth every month. In coastal areas, water-based anti-rust paint should be sprayed every quarter.
The guide rails of the bookcase should be cleaned once every semester and injected with silicone-based grease to maintain smoothness.
3. ABS edge protection
Avoid scratching the edge strips with sharp objects. If cracks are found, they should be replaced in time.
A blackout curtain should be used for protection in high temperature environments to prevent deformation of ABS materials.
4. Adjustment system maintenance
Add food-grade grease to the height adjustment gear once a school year to prevent jamming.
It is prohibited to press the desktop adjustment under overload to avoid damaging the mechanical lock.
5. Cleaning and inspection of the seat surface
The blow-molded seat surface should be scrubbed with a neutral detergent every week. It is prohibited to use a hard brush to avoid wearing the anti-slip texture.
Check the wear of the anti-slip pads on the chair legs every semester and replace them when the thickness is less than 2mm.
