1. Daily cleaning specifications
Wooden parts: Wipe with a microfiber cloth dipped in 1:10 white vinegar water every week to avoid alcohol solvents damaging the UV coating.
Plastic and metal: After cleaning with neutral detergent every month, use automotive-grade panel wax to maintain it to prevent oxidation and fading.
2. Mechanical structure maintenance
Lifting system: drip 2-3 drops of silicone-based lubricant into the oil filling hole of the gas pressure rod every six months to maintain the smoothness of lifting and lowering.
Slide rails and hinges: remove old grease and apply food-grade lithium-based grease (such as WD-40 Specialist) every year.
3. Safety monitoring points
Quarterly inspection: Use a level to calibrate the balance of the base and test the anti-dumping return function (it is normal if it resets within 3 seconds after side push).
Screw tightening: Use a torque wrench to check key connection points every three months (the torque value is marked next to the screw hole) to prevent loosening.
4. Seasonal maintenance
Rainy season: Place bamboo charcoal bags in the drawer and adjust the humidity to ≤65% to prevent the wood from expanding and blocking the slide rails.
